Olga Kazaka is one of the most experienced communication and reputation management professionals in Latvia. She started her first communications work at the age of 15, founded her PR agency at 20, and defended her doctoral dissertation in communication science at 30.
Today Olga works with leaders, C-level teams, and major organisations, helping them build clear communication, a credible reputation, and professional impact at industry level.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Olga is a partner and co-founder of the communications agency Olsen+Partners (formerly A.W.Olsen & Partners). Together with her partner and team, she built the agency from zero into one of the largest in Latvia, working with companies, state institutions, and international organisations.
Her campaigns have been named among the best in the world 12 times, receiving both IPRA Golden World Awards across various categories and the Grand Prix. That is more than any other Baltic agency in the past decade.
