Olga Kazaka is one of the most experienced communication and reputation management professionals in Latvia. She started her first communications work at the age of 15, founded her PR agency at 20, and defended her doctoral dissertation in communication science at 30.
Today Olga works with leaders, C-level teams, and major organisations, helping them build clear communication, a credible reputation, and professional impact at industry level.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Olga is a partner and co-founder of the communications agency Olsen+Partners (formerly A.W.Olsen & Partners). Together with her business partner and team, she built the agency from the ground up into one of the largest in Latvia, working with businesses, public institutions and international organisations.
Olsen+Partners is the only agency in Latvia to have received the Grand Prix in the 35-year history of the IPRA Golden World Awards, widely regarded as the world’s most prestigious public relations competition. In total, campaigns created by the agency’s team have been recognised as the best in the world 12 times, making Olsen+Partners the most internationally awarded public relations agency in the Baltics.
